Septic system repair

Alarm going off, pump not running, sewage where it should not be. We diagnose it properly, tell you what it costs, and fix it — conventional tanks and aerobic units both.

Backing up right now?

Emergency septic and lift station pumping, nights, weekends and holidays. The number rings 24/7 — a person, not an answering service.

What we repair

Septic outlet line exposed in a trench beside an open tank lid
Outlet line and tank lid opened up during a repair

Effluent & sump pumps

Replaced with the right horsepower for your system, not whatever is on the truck.

Floats & switches

The cheapest part on the system and the most common failure. Often the whole fix.

Alarms & control panels

We find out what the alarm is actually telling you before anything gets replaced.

Aerators & air pumps

Aerobic units that have stopped treating. Rebuilt or replaced depending on age.

Spray heads & zones

Broken, buried or blocked sprinkler heads on aerobic spray fields.

Lines, baffles & filters

Crushed inlet and outlet lines, failed baffles, and effluent filters nobody has cleaned.

How a repair call goes

  1. Tell us what it is doingWhat the alarm looks like, what you smell, what you see. A photo of the control panel helps more than you would think.
  2. We diagnose on siteTank opened, pump and floats tested, panel checked, field looked at. Free when we do the repair.
  3. You get a price before we startParts and labor, told to you plainly. If it is something you can live with for now, we will say that too.

What customers say

★★★★★
Chase and team were great! Responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced. They replaced our septic tank, and a few years later when the drain field failed they replaced that too. Highly recommended!

Repair questions

Is the diagnosis really free?

When we do the repair, yes. A diagnosis-only visit is quoted on the phone.

My alarm is going off. Is that always a repair?

No — sometimes the tank is simply full and needs pumping. That is cheaper, and we will tell you if that is all it is.

Do you carry parts?

We carry the common pumps, floats and aerator parts, so most repairs finish in one visit.

Do you work on systems you did not install?

Every day. Most of what we repair was built by somebody else.
